Battery Grandma
Battery Grandma actively works inside Dong-gu’s grandma’s blood pressure monitor and radio. One summer during his school break, Dong-gu visits his grandma’s place in the countryside. Dong-gu chases a baby wild boar into a cornfield, only to encounter a much larger one. Will Dong-gu’s Grandma and Battery Grandma be able to save him in time?

Seungbae Jeon
Seungbae Jeon is an animation director and picture book author. His major works include Saturday’s Apartment (2018), Battery Daddy (2020), Battery Mommy (2023) and Battery Grandma (2025). He won the Best Director Award at the 2022 Seoul International Children’s Film Festival and the Minister’s Award at the Korea Content Awards. Battery Daddy and Battery Mommy screened at over 100 film festivals worldwide and received awards in 17 countries. His picture books have been published in translated editions in Taiwan and Japan.
