In Soviet-occupied Lithuania, two young pioneers – one a true believer, the other a skeptic – are promoted to serve on the legendary ‘Red Wall’. But as they journey through a decaying industrial nightmare, they uncover a horrifying truth: the Wall is built from living flesh. Faced with eternal torment, they make a desperate bid for freedom.

Matas Pakutinskas
Matas Pakutinskas is an animator and illustrator from Lithuania who graduated with a bachelor's degree in animation from the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Later he moved back to Vilnius to work on various animation projects to gain experience and pursue a master's in animation at the Vilnius Academy of Arts. In his work, through humoristic lens, Matas explores the expression of surrealism through historical contexts, sociology and personal experiences, often portraying tragedy as comedy, bending and merging genres, using metaphors, composition, and symbolism.
