Director's Note In this animation, I want the audience to accompany the grandmother and feel that waiting and longing can create a magic beyond time and space. The world of this animation is a place where distances fade, and the emotional bonds between people remain intact across any realm and era. Through the choice of colors, the inclusion of a local, culturally rooted character, and authentic local settings, we have aimed to convey the grandmother’s patience, hope, and kindness—allowing the viewer to experience not just her story, but also a sense of meaningful calm and anticipation. This work is an invitation to approach life with patience and hope, and a reminder that love and genuine connections can endure, even in another world.
