Synopsis
Opera can be described as a contemporary animated edition of the Renaissance fresco paintings. Driven by the spirits of Bosch, Michelangelo, Botticelli and others, Erick portrays, in his own signature whimsical and surreal way, our human society and history, filled with beauty and absurdity. This epic reflection on human life aims to excite in the audience a range of in-depth emotions; it is hopeful, funny, thoughtful, yet scary and sad. Operais not only a living piece of art but an invitation to question the mechanisms of our society and behaviours.
