Aya Suzuki is a Japanese/British animation director, layout and story artist working globally in the film and animation industry for over 15 years. She has worked on a wide range of projects with major studios such as Netflix, Disney, Warner Brothers and Paramount Pictures. Her work also includes independent projects such as The Illusionist, Isle of Dogs and Simon’s Cat. She works closely with the Japanese animation industry in various roles such as creative consulting for Belle, Attack on Titan and Little Witch Academia. Aya also travels internationally to teach and share her professional experience at universities, festivals and conventions.
