Synopsis

A wild animated short, overflowing with dark humor. The short tells the story of Ofri, a four year old girl, and her struggles as she strives to find her beloved dog Rexy, and return him home. Unknown to her, Rexy was accidently run over by her parents. Working in unison, the parents tell lie after lie for fear of confronting her with the truth, and to deter her from a wild goose chase. Rather than succeed, the parents only end up digging their self-made grave deeper by unintentionally sparking Ofri’s imagination with wilder and more dangerous ideas. When they hit rock bottom, the lies become worse than the truth and they end up breaking Ofri’s heart in such a way that they lose their daughter forever.
