Synopsis

Local dictator – a puppeteer who forces down all the free will of his actors and terrorizes audience is by himself only a marionette on the hands of more powerful anonymous powers.

Rao Heidmets

Rao Heidmets (1956) graduated from the Tallinn Technical University,  Faculty of Electro-Energetics as engineer of electric networks and systems.  After graduating in 1982, he changed career and turned to Tallinnfilm studios to make animated films. He made many commercials and short animated film, such as Dove Aunt (1983), Nuril (1985), Theatre Papa Carlo (1988) Elfs Tree (1991), Livingroom (1994), Dear Mister Moon (1998), Instinct (2003).
