Synopsis


A chase between a sphinx and a bird.

Mathieu Labaye


Mathieu Labaye (1977) studied animation cinema at the National Superior School La Cambre in Brussels. Since 2002, he has been working at Camera-etc (ex Caméra Enfants Admis), a Belgian animation workshop where children, teenagers and adults make animation shorts with the help of professionals.

 

Hannah Letaïf


A Belgian born in Strasbourg, Hannah Letaïf discovered the world of animation in the city of Wissembourg (France), where she studied cinema. She studied artistic disciplines at La Cambre (Brussels), specializing in animation. She realized three short films there: Routine (2009), Condamné à vie (2010), and her thesis film Cases ou Je ne suis pas un monstre (2011). In 2015, she released another animated short Tranche de campagne. She has worked on various short films and art projects by Belgian and French authors. In 2017, she co-directed Jean-François Foliez’s musical clip Lagune with Mathieu Labaye.
