Synopsis
A small curious girl Ilona visits her old mysterious neighbour, who is an exceptional storyteller. Ilona is soon drawn into a picturesque story about Slovenian epic hero King Matheus. Together they create their own imaginary world that is humorously intertwined with Ilona’s new ideas about the course of the story, leading her to discover the neighbour’s great secret.
Katarina Nikolov studied interior design. Then she redirected her passion for art to television and advertising production content where she worked as a creative producer as well as screenwriter and director of short and animated films. Over the last twenty years she has created original and creative content for national television and independent producers in Slovenia, and is strongly committed to screenwriting and directing content for young audience.
