Alexander Stewart directed short experimental films shown at many international festivals, including Rotterdam, Tribeca, Image Forum (Japan), 25 FPS. He is a co-founder and co-director of the experimental animation festival Eyeworks in Chicago and curates a series of programmes at the Roots&Culture cultural art centre. He lives in Chicago and teaches at DePaul University.
