The elderly at the nursing home have their heads shaved. The protagonist who works there sees them but can't read their expressions. However, from one instance, he finds himself looking closely at their faces.
Jinkyu Jeon (1987, South Korea) studied animation at Korea National University of Arts (2008–2015). In 2012, he animated the short film Double Goods, which was selected for competition by the Melbourne International Film Festival (MIAF) and the New Zealand International Film Festival Animation Now. He completed his graduation film Material Girl in 2015 with support from CJ Entertainment. The film received favorable reviews at Animafest Zagreb 2015, as well as environmental film festivals around the world. After graduation, he worked as a 2D animator at Studio Shelter until 2017.
