Presentation of the European Emile Awards. Established to celebrate and promote exceptional works in the field of animation in various categories, this award aims to become the central professional award for animation in Europe. After two successful editions in Lille, France in 2017 and 2018, followed by a suspension due to the pandemic, Emile Awards relaunch in 2024 is organized by a group of animation professionals and enthusiasts from across Europe. Nominations will be revealed in the upcoming months and the awards ceremony will take place September 23, 2024 at the ANIMASYROS International Animation Festival in Greece.
