Synopsis

Daniel is a boy who is travelling on a train toward a dark destination. The helplessness and tragedy of war have turned him into a despondent passenger with no future. His innocence and imagination will be only momentary escapes from his fatal destiny. The 'smoke house' awaits him.

Rita Basulto is the winner of 4 Ariel Awards and a member of the Academy of Motion Pictures and Sciences. She es the director of the animated short films The Eighth Day, Rain in the eyes, Zimbo, and Eclosion. She has specialized as a director of photography, and art director in short films and feature films.. Rita worked as head of the 2nd. Camera unit (Lighting) in Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio.
