Synopsis


An army of bear cubs is training and indoctrinating young recruits for the war against the unicorns, which threatens the safety of the cubs. Brothers Bluet and Tubby, along with a group of inexperienced recruits, are sent on a dangerous mission to save the Magic Forest, where the unicorns live, and start a terrible battle.

Alberto Vázquez


Alberto Vázquez is an animation director, illustrator and cartoonist. His books and comics have been published in countries like Spain, France, Italy, Brazil and Korea. He has written and directed the short animations Birdboy and Unicorn Blood based on his comics. His work has been nominated on two occasions for the Goya Awards, winning the Goya Best Animated Short Film in 2012. He has won over 60 awards at international festivals and his works have been screened at prestigious festivals worldwide such as Annecy, Clermont-Ferrand, Animafest Zagreb or Slamdance. He just finished his first feature film Psychonauts, the Forgotten Children, co-directed with Pedro Rivero, based on the graphic novel of the same name by Vázquez himself.
