Synopsis


In pursuit of a better future, a woman decides to emigrate, carrying with her a symbol of love from her homeland.

Bahram Javahery


Born in Iran in 1959, Bahram Javahery created his first animated work at the age of 14. In addition to making a number of animated films, including the award-winning The Flower, the Bird and the Sun (2001), Bahram lectured at the Tehran University of Arts, the Teachers’ Training University and Soureh University before immigrating to Canada in 2001. Most recently, Bahram worked on Ann Marie Fleming’s animated feature film Window Horses.
