Synopsis

Peacock Inn is a film about the decay of society in a ‘self-sustainable’ system. The main character is Brica, a barber and a chef, the inn owner who runs the show. The film depicts a day in the inn where Brica serves his restaurant and barber shop clients. Gradually the clients become more and more demanding, and resources grow scarcer. The system collapses, there are no more boundaries between Brica’s activities, only a vicious circle in which the eater becomes the food.

Dorotea Radušić (1995, Zagreb) graduated from the Department of Animation and New Media in 2022, Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb. She is currently working as a 2D animator.
