Synopsis

An animated triptych shows a complex, satirical view of the Zionist settlement in the Land of Israel. It combines Hebrew proverbs and imagery from art history in a circular sequence.

Yael Honig

Yael Honig, 2020 Bezalel graduate, was born and raised in Jerusalem. Her work presents a spectrum between painting and animation, while she uses a wide range of techniques. The video Yet the Sea Is Not Full was created as her final project of her studies. Currently based in Tel Aviv.
