Synopsis

The film’s main characters are eight pea children who live in their green pea pod; the story tells how they are interacting with the world and its other inhabitants in the context of natural cycles and laws. Characters are going through fun and musical adventures after they break out of their green pod house.

Dace Riduze

Dace Riduze (1973, Cesis, Latvia) studied at Riga Pedagogical and Educational Highschool as school theater director and teacher of art (1992-1996) and obtained a master’s degree from the Latvian Academy of Pedagogy and Psychology (1999-2001). In 1997 she started working at the Film Studio Animacijas Brigade ltd. as an animator, and since 2000 also as a director.
