Synopsis
A small mouse lives among books filled with epic adventures. When the candle goes out and the matchbox is empty, it is her turn to embark on a dangerous adventure through the house, in search of a small spark.
Julie Rembauville and Nicolas Bianco-Levrin are French animation filmmakers and children’s book authors. They have worked together since 2003 and have co-directed around 30 short films using various techniques (stop-motion, paper cut-out, and drawings), including Kroak (2008), Ben Hora (2010), [R] (2011), and Minoule (2014), which screened at several international festivals. Their short, Once Upon Three Times, screened in competition in Annecy in 2016.
