Synopsis
In a primeval forest, there lives a primitive family. Mom is strict, wild, and gloomy in this family. All she cares about is that everyone is well-fed and healthy. But everything changes when, one day, her son brings home a puppy.
Evgeniya Jirkova (1986) is a Russian animator and director. She is a graduate of the International Lyceum of Animation in Moscow. She honed her craft at a number of Moscow animation studios (Pilot, Animos, Shar, among others), collaborating on the animated series The Many Faces of Russia (2007-2009), as well as many animated films. She directed independent short films The Flying Boy (2014) and Go Be Fat Somewhere Else (2016).
