Trop Petit Loup / The Hungry Little Wolf
Arnaud Demuynck
France, Belgium / 2017 / 8' 46''Screenings
Synopsis
A cute but over-confident wolf cub decides one day that he is big enough to go hunting on his own. He sets out to find a willing prey, but all those he approaches are too big for him... or rather too cunning. This loose adaptation of a Russian children’s tale, The Hungry Little Wolf is a tongue-in-cheek romp with lots of laughs at the wolf cub’s expense.
Born in 1966 in Belgium, Arnaud Demuynck is a film director, producer and scriptwriter specialized in short and medium-length animated films. With Under Blue Skies (2009), he started writing films for younger audiences, either based on traditional stories and nursery rhymes, or adapted to animation from kid's books.
