Synopsis
A skinny, young girl spends her time alone feeding pigeons in the park. But even they fly away from her. Suddenly, she gets company. But the beanpole feels uneasy about the new companionship, so she sets about going to a specialist for parasites.
Aline Höchli decided at the age of four that she would spend her adult life telling stories. She learned the craft of animated storytelling at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU), graduating in 2015. In 2016, she founded a company Trickfilms, where she produced her short Cuckoo (2017), screened at Animafest, and awarded at Locarno.
