Synopsis
Uka is a little girl who lives in a grey abandoned factory. While she's painting one of her canvases, she finds a way of changing how she sees the world.
Valle Comba Canales got her art director qualification at the ECAM in 2011. She's been part of the art team in several fiction projects directed by Julio Medem, Paco León or Alejandro Amenábar. In 2012, she became interested in stop-motion artistic direction, and one year later she took part in restoring the animation sets of SAM films in an art exhibition at the MuVIM. She has recently worked with Coke Riobóo on his last project Made in Spain. Uka is her first short film as a director.
