Synopsis
This film draws an image of a society obsessed with perfection. A city searches for the impossible state of perfection. Therefore, the behavior of its inhabitants gets constantly evaluated until they are eventually dropped out. In an endless cycle, the dropouts return to the city to feel the sweet life of belonging to a place where they’re the chosen ones even if it's only temporarily.
Growing up in Zurich, Anaïs quit high school to take an apprenticeship at the anarchist bookshop Paranoia City. Being surrounded by books and adventures daily inspired her to follow her passion in storytelling, so she got a BA in animation from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. In her spare time she enjoys dangerous and adventurous hobbies such as dreaming with eyes wide open and collecting postcards.
