Synopsis
A moving truck is heading towards the Igueldo Lighthouse, where a woman with a dark-coloured dog lives. Inside the charged environment that is the lighthouse's interior, the woman will become the protagonist of the strangest of hallucinations.
Isabel Herguera was born in San Sebastian, Spain. She graduated from the California Institute of the Arts, and worked for several animation studios in Los Angeles. Her films have been shown at festivals like Rotterdam, Ann Arbor, Annecy and Huesca, among others. She teaches at the National Institute of Design in Ahmedabad, India, and at the China Central Academy of Arts (CAFA) in Beijing. Currently she is working on a project inspired by a 1905 Indian feminist science-fiction tale.
Izibene Oñederra creates and produces animated films by hand, as well as collaborating in the projects of other producers. Her films Hezurbeltzak (2007) and For Your Own Safety (2013) received numerous awards at prestigious international festivals.
