Amid Amidi is the publisher and editor of CartoonBrew.com, the most widely read animation industry resource in the United States. He is also the author of six books, including The Art of Pixar: The Complete Color Scripts and Select Art from 25 Years of Animation and the award-winning Cartoon Modern: Style and Design in 1950s Animation. His next book, a biography of Disney director and animator Ward Kimball, will be published in 2018.
