Tariq is a Jordanian animated film director and scriptwriter. His first degree, which was obtained in 2006 from Petra University, Jordan, was in graphic design. In 2010, he graduated with a master's degree in animation from the Newport Film School in United Kingdom. His graduation stop-motion film entitled Missing has screened at more than 100 international film festivals and received 12 awards domestically and internationally. In 2013, he made a short animated film titled Growing in cooperation with Al Ma'mal 612. Recently, Tariq completed his CG short animated film Surprise in cooperation with Culture Resource (Al Mawred Al Thaqafy).
