Synopsis

Why tells on the one hand about ways of looking, on the other hand about beauty and love. It shows also the unexpected connection between them. For this film I have developed a new way of bringing drawings to life. I used drawings of my sketchbooks. Through the simple movements of the pages the characters in the drawings come to life. The film raises one single question and gives one possible answer.
