Synopsis


A young unemployed man finds himself having difficulty in communicating with his girlfriend. As he struggles to cope with his fragile state of mind, a series of mysterious killings unsettles the residents of Block 142B. Some claimed to have seen a tiger roaming at the estate. Adapted from Dave Chua’s short story The Tiger of 142Bfrom the book The Beating and Other Stories.

Harry Zhuang


Having received a scholarship from Media Development Authority, Harry Zhuang holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Nanyang Technological University’s School of Art, Design and Media. Working closely with his twin brother Henry, their first independent short film Contained received the Best Animation prize and Special Mention for Best Sound at the 2nd Singapore Short Film Awards in 2011. They recently founded their own company Weaving Clouds, a small studio dedicated to producing animation that explores creative storytelling. Their client includes Esplanade, Changi Airport Group and Dramabox. Currently, both brothers are working on Voices for the Myths, a series of animation workshops supported by National Heritage Board.
