Synopsis
Mr Violet lives on a mug in a busy cafe. His life is boring and full of lonely feelings, until the presence of a girl on another mug changes his life.
Born in 1982, Mohammad Hossein Azam Pour is an award-winning animator from 2013 Tehran Biannual Animation Festival for Kermando. In 2015, he won an honorary diploma from the same festival for his Mr. Violet. He is currently working as a freelance animator, storyboard designer, concept artist, and director. Azampour holds a BA in Graphic Design and an MA in Directing Animation from Iran’s prestigious Tehran Art University.
Born in 1979, Abbas Jalali Yekta is an Iranian film and animation director. He won an honorary diploma from Tehran Biannual Animation Festival for his Mr. Violet. Jalali Yekta had a BA in cinema and works as a freelance live action and animation director, animator, character designer, storyboard designer and editor.
