Synopsis
Arcadian Fever is a short film portraying the life cycle of an alien parasite species. The film follows the parasites' last day on the planet they occupied, their migration and the invasion of another planet. There is also a love story.
Tea Stražičić was born in 1990. She graduated from the Zagreb Academy of Fine Arts, with an MA in animated film. She focuses on digital media and thinks of herself as an internet enthusiast. In the past three years she collaborated on several video games and music videos. As an illustrator she created graphic designs for Hartera Festival (Croatian Designer Association award), published the comic book I Was Looking at Things in Heavy Metal (USA), designed covers for the Croatian Zarez magazine and the Argentinian Revista Lettering. As a freelance illustrator she has worked on books for children (Čajana na Mjesecu, Libricon, and the iPad app Cats with Spots), artistically supported feminist and LGBT media in Croatia (VOX feminae). In her free time she performs as Fluff~Lord VJ for Živa Muzika and is part of the Squiggly Lines collective.
