Synopsis
This film was made to explain the British Council's Active Citizens programme. Working in 40+ countries across the world in diverse communities, it encourages community-based social action projects, through the global sharing of local knowledge. We follow the story of Khalid, who undergoes a transformation on his journey to becoming an Active Citizen.
Emily Scaife is an experienced producer and creative ideas generator.
Martin Orton is co-founder of Bold Creative and has broken new ground across digital platforms through innovation over the past decade.
