Synopsis

A caterpillar and a hen are best friends. They both know that the time to part has come; but it will be nature, the secret heartbeat of the world, to dictate the rhythm of the booming waiting and of silent transformations.

Michela Donini

Michela Donini (1973, Modena) after graduating from the Art Institute studied decorative arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna. She completed her studies specializing in Animation at the International School of Comics in Florence. Since 2001 she has taught animation and has realized many animation projects for television and for the web. Since 2005, as a co-founder of OTTOmani Association, she has been running animation workshops for children and adults. 

Katya Rinaldi

Katya Rinaldi got her BA in Animation from the Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art Design and Technology in Ireland and her Master’s Degree in Visual Arts from the Edinburgh College of Art, Scotland. Since 2000 she has been creating short movies and music videos. For the past few years she has been collaborating with OTTOmani Association developing and running film animation and sound exploration workshops.
