Synopsis
An office is possessed by a divine force that has come to prophesy the rise of a new golden civilisation in the Andes. Los Andes is a stop-motion animation film in which a flowing mass of waste, paper and electric artefacts moves around a room, being constantly transformed into the colossal parts of a giant body.
Cristóbal León & Joaquín Cociña
Cristóbal León (1980) works in the audiovisual sphere, especially animation, in a variety of areas; video art works, short films and music videos. Joaquín Cociña (1980) is a writer and visual artist, who makes large-scale charcoal drawings. He also works as a video-maker and a stage designer. They collaborate since 2007 on exhibitions and films, and some of their films include Lucía (2007), Luis (2008), El Arca (2011).
