Synopsis
Brutus always glanced into human eyes only for a moment and immediately turned away so as not to see a change, to keep what he was given and carry away what he received. Nobody knows better than dogs how fast people’s affections can change. "It is a pity that we, the dogs, we cannot talk about anything with people, otherwise we would teach them to recognize the smell of good and evil".
Svetlana Filippova (1968, Alma-Ata) graduated in philology in 1991 from the Kazakh State University. In 1997 she has graduated from School-Studio SHAR and the High Course for scriptwriters and film directors as animation film director (workshops by Fedor Khitruk, Yuri Norstein, Eduard Nazarov and Andrey Khrzhanovsky). She lives in Moscow and makes animation films and book illustrations.
