Boris Dolenc (1982) studied Film and TV Directing at the Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film and Television in Ljubljana. He is director of fiction and documentary films, 3D and 2D animation films, series, comedy shows, and music videos. In 2009, his animated short Thumbelina won a Vesna award for best animation film at the Festival of Slovenian Film in 2010, he was selected for the Berlinale Talent Campus and in 2013 he again won a Vesna award for best animated film with the film Wanted.
