Synopsis
Silenziosa-Mente is basedon rotoscope technique. The female main character deals with complex relationships and external communications, symbolically represented by a row of hanging telephones, a free interpretation of the less technologic visions of Dalì’s soft watches.
Alessia Travaglini (1982) graduated in Graphic Design from ISA in Urbino and took a master’s degree in Light Design from the Accademia di Belle Arti in Macerata. Her professional background also includes the Erasmus Programme at the Cumbria Institute of Arts (UK) and a postgraduate course in Animation (Urbino). Her films are Web (self)Portrait (2008), and Diana (1 & 2) (2009).
