Synopsis
Due to his city’s bad financial situation, Mayor Alfred renounces his salary and gets a job in the nearby town as a nightwatch in a pasta factory. Overstrained by work, Alfred is taken ill. He appeals to professor Balthazar for help, who fashions Alfie the robot to replace him on both duties and help him overcome the embarrassment.
