Synopsis

A cartoon about a harmless cow grazing in a field. It unwittingly steps across the border that separates one country from another. Immediately the animal is arrested and taken away to be searched and interrogated. Protests and diplomatic notes are exchanged between the two nations, and at last the cow is returned to its own country where it is received with great pomp and decorated with the highest honours. It is then imprisoned to prevent any further incidents of such an awkward nature.
