Synopsis
A junkyard city becomes the playground for an omnimous cloud and its multi-personality host.
Fluorescent Hill is a Montreal-based collective consisting of Mark Lomond and Johanne Ste-Marie. Starting out in the world of music video and short film, they have recently immersed themselves in advertising.
