Synopsis


The animated film The Life Boat is a metaphoric story about the life of a common, small man and his family who are all in the boat at sea, sea of life.

Neven Petričić


Neven Petričić, born 1940, studied at the Faculty of Architecture in Zagreb. He is a freelancer, engaged in making animated films since 1968. As an animator and chief animator, often also a key animator, he has animated more than ten animated series and a number of animated films by the well know authors of the Zagreb Film School, including the Oscar winner Dušan Vukotić. He authored a series of art animated films, including Viva la Liberté (1971), The Fable (1980), The Secret of the High Rock (1989).
