Synopsis
It snows outside and Spot and Splodge run about building a snowman, having a snowball fight and making angels. All of a sudden the wind is strong. The snow sticks all over their bodies, there is not a spot of Spot to be seen, and where is Splodge? Where is the house?
Lotta Geffenblad (1962) studied design. Since 1985, she has mainly worked with animation, often in collaboration with other artists and animators. Her work with her husband Uzi has resulted in the shorts Aprikoser, Bland Tistlar and Astons Stenars. She lectures about cut-out technique and works as an illustrator in magazines. She has made several children's books that have been published in, among other countries, Japan and South Korea.
Uzi Geffenblad (1964) worked as a professional horn player before moving to Sweden in 1986. The first years in Sweden Uzi worked as a street musician, bar pianist and even a janitor. He began studying Swedish and later on psychology and children's culture at the Stockholm University. Since 1988 he has worked in film and since 1991 mainly in animation. 1998-2001 Uzi was Chairman of FFAF (The Swedish Association for Animated Films), and is now lecturing about screenwriting and production of animation films at various schools.
