Caméra Enfants Admis (CEA) was founded in 1979 and acts as a production platform focusing on promoting cinematic expression in the French Community of Belgium. It also supports debut film production of both children and adults. J’ai faim was created by 11 children mentored by Louise-Marie Colon and Delphine Hermans.
