After yesterday’s opening ceremony of the 30th World Festival of Animated Film, Tuesday at Animafest Zagreb brings the first ‘workday’ filled with films and side events at all cinemas and galleries.

With the official opening ceremony at the SC Cinema the 30th World Festival of Animated Film – Animafest Zagreb 2020 began tonight.

In accordance with the recommendations of the Croatian Institute of Public Health, we apply a number of measures to ensure a safe stay at the festival for our audience and staff members.

The 30th World Festival of Animated Film – Animafest Zagreb 2020 begins tonight at 19:30 with the official opening ceremony at the SC Cinema.

Children and Youth Programme includes Films for Children Competition, an attractive Family Programme, optical toys workshop and free events at Zagreb’s cultural centres.

At the Student Centre’s French Pavilion the press conference took place, announcing the 30th World Festival of Animated Film – Animafest Zagreb 2020.

Animafest’s Student Film Competition is traditionally deemed one of the most playful and free programme segments of this prestigious festival.
