On the eve of tonight’s award ceremony (19:00, SC Cinema) and the lowering of the curtain on the 31st World Festival of Animated Film – Animafest Zagreb 2021, a handful of cinematic thrills and educational platforms await us.

Animafest’s weekend comes as the usual culmination of the festival’s film and accompanying programme.

For the second year in a row, the traditional Animafest picnic for guests of honour from the world of animation takes place on Thursday in the Botanical Garden.

The central discursive event of the day is certainly the conversation with Ralph Bakshi, which takes place live from the &TD Theatre from 10 pm via a video link with USA.
