Tzuting Lee was born in Taitung, Taiwan. She graduated from the Department of Communications Design at Shih Chien University, Taipei, Taiwan. She is expected to complete a Master's degree in Animation at the Graduate School of Film and New Media, Tokyo University of the Arts in 2025.
