Letter to A Pig: On hybrid creative processes between animation, reality, and the subconscious. Tal Kantor will talk about her works that combine a variety of techniques and approaches to animation and storytelling, focusing on her latest film Letter to a Pig.

Tal Kantor is an award-winning animation filmmaker and visual artist. She graduated with honors from the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem, where she currently lectures. Her short film In Other Words (2016) won 17 awards and was officially selected in more than 100 festivals worldwide. She was the animation director of the documentary film Advocate (Emmy Award winner). Letter to a Pig (2022), which won 23 awards (Animafest Zagreb, Ottawa International Animation Festival, The Israeli Academy Awards, and more) was her debut film.
