Synopsis
Matilda can't fall asleep and starts playing with her bedside lamp until the lightbulb finally burns out and she finds herself plunged into darkness. She overcomes her fear and, using her torch, starts exploring her room in the new light, discovering all the wonders of the night.
Irene Iborra is a scriptwriter, director, and stop-motion animator. She is a co-director of the animation studio Citoplasmas Stop Motion, which produces short films, TV shows for children, adverts, and music videos. She teaches scriptwriting at the BAU Design College of Barcelona and at the Escola Massana.
Eduard Puertas is a puppet-maker, stop-motion animator, and director. He is a co-founder of the animation studio Citoplasmas Stop Motion. He is the manager of Kinetic Armature, which manufactures and sells stop-motion animation supplies. He teaches at the BAU Design College of Barcelona. He gives lessons in stop-motion techniques on his Youtube channel @edupuertasfruns.
