Ana Carolina Estarita

Ana Carolina Estarita is a Colombian visual artist and animation and digital arts candidate at the University of Southern California. Her work inquires about temporary phenomena and their effects on the organic matter, memory and human experience, relating concepts of the visual arts with theoretical framework from physics and literature. Her works include: short animated film Los pájaros de la ciudad cantan más fuerte (City Birds sing Louder; 2011), short animated film Sabino (2011), video installation – compendium of Failed attempts of resistance to the impermanence of things, Attempt of resistance No. 9 (2012), video installation Momentum (2013), video art Observation I: Apple (2014), animated short film Drifting (2016).
