Draško Ivezić (Pula, 1975) is a director, writer and producer of short animated films. After graduating from the Zagreb Academy of Fine Arts in 2001, he began his artistic work in association with Zagreb film and other clients. His first co-authored film was Kamov (2003), produced by Zagreb film. Also, he works with the Feral Tribune weekly and Animafest as a writer and reporter. One of the founders of the Croatian Animated Film Festival (2010-2012) and a co-founder of Adriatic Animation studio, collaborating with filmmakers from Croatia and beyond, especially Denmark and Estonia. His short film Love and Vehicles (2014), produced by Zagreb film, is his first independent film. As a co-writer and producer he works with the author and his life partner Chintis Lundgren of Estonia on the film Life with Herman H. Rott, which garnered a host of awards, including the main award in the Croatian Film Competition at Animafest 2015. Currently he is working on several projects at Adriatic Animation for cinema, television and web release as a creative producer and director. A member of the Croatian Association of Filmmakers and Croatian Producers’ Association.
